Rob Sharman
Play Maker Implementer
Rob is an accredited GCologist and also a deeply experienced coach. He has led individuals and built IT teams for a variety of organisations and supported Finance, Facilities and other connected Global Support Functions for over 20 years in the pharmaceutical sector.
As a Play Maker he leads first with his energy for bringing people together, helping them to see their contribution to each other and broader goals. This is followed with his drive to action and keep projects moving (Implementer). With this approach, he both energises and engages individuals and teams with a focus on getting stuff done!
